Returns & Exchanges
Because each Curated gift box is thoughtfully assembled and often includes artisan, perishable, or custom items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once a box has been shipped or picked up.
If your gift arrived damaged or an item is missing, please reach out to us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Recipients are always welcome to reach out to us directly if they have sensitivities or special circumstances — we’ll do our best to help within our policy guidelines.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us directly store@curatedgigharbor.com
