Shipping:
- Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Processing Time:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not
processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time:
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unexpected delays with
our shipping carriers.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping is Free on all custom box orders.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information so you can monitor the delivery of your package. If you have any questions

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at
store@curatedgigiharbor.com for assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us
immediately at store@curatedgigharbor.com with photos of the damage, and we will
arrange for a replacement or refund. You will be required to provide photos of the shipping container and the damaged items.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not
responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping
addresses.
